Digital PR and Social Media budgets continue to grow as confidence in the ability to measure the impact is at an all-time high, according to the PRCA 2019 Digital PR and Communications report.
The annual report by PRCA (the Public Relations and Communications Association in UK) pinpoints that 53 % of digital and social media budgets have increased over the last 12 months. Correspondingly 49 % expect budgets to increase in the next year, with only 2 % saying their budgets will decrease.
The data shows that agencies are looking for more education in augmented reality/virtual reality (32 per cent), voice/search apps (25 per cent), and chatbots (24 per cent).
